GOFERR Names New Deputy Director

Concord, NH - Taylor Caswell, Executive Director of the Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery (GOFERR), today announced that Chase Hagaman has been named Deputy Director of GOFERR, a role previously held by Lisa English.

Hagaman joins GOFERR after having most recently served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for a nationwide nonprofit focusing on fiscal policy advocacy.

Since April 2020, GOFERR has built over 50 support programs providing over $1 billion in COVID-19 relief payments across all economic and nonprofit sectors using New Hampshire’s CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Funds.
